If you host your website with us using WordPress, please read below. If you use a different platform, this does not affect you.
What's Happening?
A vulnerability was discovered in WordPress versions 6.9 and 7.0 that is currently being exploited. WordPress has released patches to fix it.
You only need to take action if:
- Your website runs WordPress 6.9.0–6.9.4 OR 7.0.0–7.0.1
If you're not sure which version you're on, contact us and we can check for you.
What We're Doing
For customers running affected WordPress versions, we are:
- Applying updates to versions 6.9.5 and 7.0.2
- Monitoring for any suspicious activity
- Available to assist with any additional security questions
What You Should Do
If we manage your WordPress site:
We'll handle the update automatically. No action needed on your end.
If you manage your WordPress site yourself:
- Check your WordPress version (Dashboard → Updates)
- If you're running 6.9.0–6.9.4 or 7.0.0–7.0.1, update to 6.9.5 or 7.0.2 or later
- If you need help with the update, we're available to assist
